The present RSA had been filed by the appellants-plaintiffs against the judgment and decree dated 23.08.1989 passed by the Sub Judge First Class, Amritsar, in Civil Suit No.575 of 1986 dismissing the suit of the appellants- plaintiffs for declaration to the effect that the redemption order dated 21.10.1985 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer (Civil)-cum-Collector, Amritsar, being void, illegal and without jurisdiction as well as the subsequent dismissal of the Civil Appeal No.125 of 1989/1992 vide judgment and decree dated 28.07.1993 passed by the Additional District Judge, Amritsar.
Learned counsel for the appellants submits that repeated attempts have been made to seek latest instructions from the appellants-plaintiffs, however, no information is forthcoming and therefore, he pleads lack of instructions.
In view of aforesaid statement, it seems that the appellants- plaintiffs are no more interested in pursuing the present appeal.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
