DEEPAK SIBAL J. (ORAL)
1. Through the present petition, the primary grievance raised by the petitioner is that while considering her case for appointment as a Trained Graduate Teacher she has not been awarded marks for experience only on the ground that her experience is not in a Government/Semi Government School.
2. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that in terms of the judgment of a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court dated 31.05.2024 in CWP- 1563-2024 - Sukriti Malik Vs. State of Haryana and others read with the clarification given by the same Bench on 08.11.2024 in CM-17481-CWP- 2024 in Sukriti Malik's case (supra) the State is appointing Trained Graduate Teachers only on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in the written examination.
