1. The present appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 13.07.2016 passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Amritsar as well as order dated 22.10.2018 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Amritsar, whereby the suit filed by the plaintiff/appellant has been dismissed.
2. After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the appellant does not press the present appeal and submits that the plaintiff/appellant be permitted to take appropriate steps in accordance with law for getting their property demarcated again, which will clear the controversy.

3. In light of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as having been not pressed.
