1. The learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that the impugned order needs to be interfered with in view of the judgment passed by this Court in CRM-M-26474-2023, titled "Central Bureau of Investigation Vs. Surinder Pal Singh".
2. In view of the above consensus, the impugned order dated 8.11.2023 is, hereby, set-aside. The respondents are at liberty to make an application in view of the legal propositions, as explained by this Court in case (supra).
3. Disposed of accordingly.
