1. The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for quashing the impugned order dated 03.03.2022 (Annexure P-1) whereby the application preferred by the petitioner under Order VII Rule 11 CPC has been rejected.
2. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that vide judgment dated 28.08.2024, the trial Court has dismissed the suit filed by the plaintiff and thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. In view of the above, present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
4. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the petition, in case any cause of action survives.
