1. The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 22.10.2019 (Annexure P-5) passed by the Additional District Judge, Hoshiarpur in appeal No. 61 of 2019 titled as "Karnail Singh Vs. Kuldip Singh and another" which was filed against the order dated 15.02.2019.
2. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that vide judgment dated 16.12.2022, the trial Court has decreed the suit of the plaintiff and thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. In view of the above, present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
4. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the petition, in case any cause of action survives.
