1. This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the orders dated 14.10.2024 and 30.10.2024 (Annexures P-10 and P-12 respectively).
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the translation of Annexure P-8 as well as in the other documents, therefore he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars.
3. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
4. All pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed.
