1. The limited prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners is for expeditious disposal of the execution petition being Execution Application No.139/2024 (Annexure P2).

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that earlier also the tenant-respondent herein had been filing repeated transfer applications and in one revision petition filed by the tenant-respondent herein being CR No.435 of 2024, this Court had observed that the tenant had repeatedly been filing the transfer applications to delay the matter and on the assurance given by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the said case that no further transfer application would be moved, no costs were imposed and the matter was permitted to be withdrawn. It is further the contention of the learned counsel that yet again similar modus operandi is being adopted by the tenant-respondent herein to delay the matter.
