Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (for short, 'the BNSS') for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.406 dated 15.09.2021, under Sections 120-B, 302, 449 & 201 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short, 'the IPC') registered at Police Station Sadar, Rohtak.

2. There is no assistance on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Custody certificate dated 09.11.2024 of petitioner produced by learned State counsel is taken on record.

4. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that trial is over; the petitioner stands convicted under Sections 302 & 449 IPC and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment vide judgment/order dated -1- 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 13-11-2024 06:36:47 ::: Neutral Citation No:=2024:PHHC:146608 CRM-M-36901-2024 17.08.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtak; and as such, present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
