1. The present application has been filed for withdrawal of the main appeal on account of the compromise effected between the parties which is annexed as Annexure A-1.
2. On the oral request of the learned counsel for the applicant- appellant which is not objected by the counsel for the respondent, the main appeal which is fixed for 13.01.2025, is preponed and taken up on Board today itself.
3. For the reasons recorded in the application, the same is | attest to the accuracy and integrity of this Order/Judgment BOD PHNC. 144984 CM-10615-C-2024 in/and RSA-3751-2015 allowed subject to just exceptions.
RSA-3751-2015 In light of the averments made in CM-10615-C-2024 and the submissions made by learned counsel for the appellant, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, however, subject to the fact that both the parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the compromise effected between them.
