The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to fix petitioner's pay at par with his juniors in view of the separate orders passed by the School Education Department, dated 01.05.2017, 10.01.2019, and 24.06.2020, as also the Division Bench judgments of this Court, annexed with the petition as Annexures P-1, P-10 to P-13.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before respondent no.2. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent no.2 is directed to decide his pending representation, Annexure P-9, in a specified period.
3. Notice of motion.4. Mr. Ravinder Singh Budhwar, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, and submits that the pending representation, Annexure P-9, will be decided by respondent no.2/Director, Secondary Education, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within three months.

5. In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof.
6. Ordered accordingly.
7. In case the order is not passed within the stipulated period, the officer concerned shall pay costs of 50,000 to the petitioner.
