1. The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 16.05.2018 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Additional District Judge, Pathankot vide which the order dated 17.10.2017 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Pathankot has been set aside.
2. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the main suit itself has been dismissed vide judgment and decree dated 03.08.2021 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Pathankot and thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. In view of the above, present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
