1. The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 30.11.2021 (Annexure P-7) passed by the Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Rupnagar whereby the application filed by the petitioner for consolidation of the civil suits has been disposed of.
2. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that both the civil suits have been finally decided by the Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Rupnagar vide separate judgments dated 13.09.2023 and thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. In view of the above, present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
