1. This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the Inquiry Report dated 22.08.2024 (Annexure P-7) submitted by respondent No.5.
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to take all the pleas raised in the present petition before the concerned Authority.
3. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
4. All pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed.
