1. Petitioner has approached this Court by way of instant writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter-alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for cancellation of "No Objection Certificate"
bearing No.199-202 dated 15.02.2024 issued by respondents No.3, 7 and 8.
2. At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
