CRM-42343-2024 This is an application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C for withdrawal of the main petition, as the matter has been compromised with the complainant party. Oral request has also been made for preponement of the date of hearing in the main petition.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the date of hearing in the main petition is preponed from 20.01.2025 to today.
