The present regular second appeal has been preferred against the judgment and decree dated 30.10.2013 passed by Addl. District Judge, Sangrur.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the present appeal with liberty to make a representation now to the competent authority as was mandate by the Lower Appellate Court in its judgment and decree dated 30.10.2013.
In the light of above, learned State counsel submits that he has no objection if the petitioner makes a representation as per the judgment and decree dated 30.10.2013 and assures the Court that same will be decided by POONAM NEGI 2024.11.06 18:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document RSA-1155-2014 -2- the competent authority within the stipulated period of three months from the date of such representation is received in the concerned office.
It is however, made clear that in case any such representation is made and is decided it shall be by passing a speaking order which needs to be communicated to the appellant within two weeks thereafter.
In case the appellant is aggrieved of the said order, he would at liberty to take appropriate legal remedies as per law.
In the light of above, the prayer is accepted and the appeal is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
