Seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for loca ng the whereabouts of the detenue namely Jyo , the pe oner has come up before this Court under Ar cle 226 of Cons tu on of India.
No ce served upon the official respondent through the State's counsel. State counsel on instruc ons submits that daughter of the pe oner has solemnized marriage with respondent No.5 and they both are at Safe House, Sonipat.
At this stage, counsel for the pe oner submits that the pe oner being father of the girl be permi ed to meet and interact with her.
Given above, the present pe on is disposed of with a direc on to Officer Incharge of the Safe House, Sonipat to ensure one hour mee ng of the pe oner with the girl namely Jyo (daughter of pe oner) as well as her husband, if they want to meet him, a er due frisking and depute someone to guard the mee ng place ll the end of mee ng and shall ensure protec on of both the par es. All pending applica ons, if any also stands disposed.
