1. On 24.04.2024, the following order was passed:
"Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that vide impugned advertisement (Annexure P-24), the respondent has invited applications for recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor Grade-I (Level-12) and Assistant Professor Grade-II (Level-10).Level 10 post is a contractual post. The respondent cannot make regular appointment of said post, thus, advertisement is prejudicial to present status of petitioner.
Mr. A.S. Virk, Advocate submits that respondent has not invited applications for contractual posts whereas advertised post is a regular post. He seeks time to file affidavit in support of his contention.
On his request, adjourned to 06.05.2024."
