1. Today the learned counsel for the appellant states that he has no instructions in the matter.
2. In the present case, earlier counsel representing the appellant has since expired and hence notices were issued to the parties. As per the office report, the appellant is stated to have died. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are also stated to have died. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant nor any counsel has put in appearance on their behalf. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
