1. The present petition is for quashing of the Complaint No.NACT/1305/2023 dated 05.01.2024 (Annxure P-1) and the summoning order dated 05.01.2024 (Annexure P-2) as well as all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
2. After vehemently arguing on the merits of the case and on finding that this Court is not inclined to grant the relief, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition and further prays that all his pleas be kept open to be raised by him in defence before the competent Court of jurisdiction.
3. In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the liberty granted is only on the request of the counsel for the petitioner(s) and is not a direction.
