The appellant-plaintiff is in appeal against the judgment and decree dated 04.06.1991 passed in Civil Suit No.123 dated 20.01.1989 by the Addl. Senior Sub Judge, Mansa and the subsequent dismissal of Civil Appeal No.74 of 03.08.1991 by the Additional District Judge, Bathinda vide judgment and decree dated 18.01.1993.
Learned counsel appearing for the appellant-Punjab Wakf Board contends that the matter has already been settled inter se amongst the parties and the property has been leased in favour of the respondent-Pepsu Road Transport Corporation.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the subsequent events and settlement between the Punjab Wakf Board and Pepsu Road Transport Corporation, he has instructions not to press the present second appeal.
Dismissed as not pressed at this stage.
