1. Seeking quashing of impugned order dated 16.03.2022 passed by CJM, Sirsa vide which applica#on filed under Sec#on 319 CrPC by the prosecu#on has been allowed and impugned order/judgment dated 03.03.2023 whereby revision filed by pe##oner has been dismissed in the FIR cap#oned above.

2. State counsel on instruc#ons submits that the pe##oner has challenged the issuance of summons under Sec#on 319 CrPC, however, aEer that, not only charges have been framed but even the prosecu#on witnesses have been examined. AEer summoning under Sec#on 319 CrPC, the trial Court has already framed charges by passing a judicial order which was not challenged by the pe##oner.

3. Given above, the present pe##on is rendered infructuous. All pending applica#ons, if any, stand disposed.
