1. Vide order dated 03.11.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the office report, the appellant remains unserved due to incomplete address. This is the only address which was given in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments and decrees of both the Courts. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non- prosecution.
2. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
