1. This is a contempt petition filed under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for disobeying the judgment dated 18.01.1995 passed in CWP-11738-1988.

2. Notice of motion.

3. Mr. Pawan Kumar Longia, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the present petition is totally frivolous, as has been filed without there being any basis. There is no question of the petitioners being entitled to any pay scale retrospectively, in terms of the order/judgment dated 18.01.1995, rendered by this Court in CWP-11738-1988.

4. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed being totally frivolous.
