1. Present appeal has been filed against the impugned judgment of conviction dated 04.02.2003 and the order of sentence dated 07.02.2003 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Bhiwani, vide which the appellant was convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 148, 323, 325, 307 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of six years with total fine of Rs.500/- along with default mechanism.
2. The appellant has already approached this Court by filing CRA-S- 405-SB-2003 titled as 'Sonu and others Vs. State of Haryana' against the judgment of conviction dated 04.02.2003 and the order of sentence dated 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 07-05-2024 05:34:24 ::: Neutral Citation No:=2024:PHHC:062174 CRA-S-674-SB-2003 (O&M) -2- 07.02.2003 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Bhiwani.
