1. The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 02.11.2023 fresh notices were issued to the parties. As per office report, the sole appellant is stated to have died. Respondent Nos.1(i) and 1(iii) are stated to have died. Respondent No.1(ii) stands served however none has put in appearance on his behalf. Respondent No.1(iv) is stated to be married and is residing with her in-laws. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. None has come forward to be impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant.
2. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
