1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a cryptic and non-speaking order has been passed by the respondents qua the claim of the petitioner for regularization of his services under the instructions dated 01.10.2003 (Annexure P-1).

2. Notice of motion.

3. Mr. Harish Nain, learned Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents, on the instructions from Mr. Umed Singh, Deputy Superintendent, Forest Department, submits that the impugned order dated 18.10.2023 (Annexure P-4) be treated as withdrawn with liberty to pass a fresh order by keeping in mind the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.2158 of 2020 titled as Ashish 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 08-05-2024 02:14:16 ::: Neutral Citation No:=2024:PHHC:062048 CWP-10055-2024 2024:PHHC:062048 2 Sharma and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 13.03.2024 within a period of eight weeks of the receipt of copy of this order.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further.
