1. Present appeal has been filed against the impugned judgment of conviction dated 11.12.1999 and the order of sentence of even date passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib, vide which the appellant was convicted for the offences punishable under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 10 years with total fine of Rs.2,000/- along with default mechanism.

2. A perusal of the record indicates that the appellant has already approached this Court by filing CRA-S-252-SB-2000 titled as 'Bhanu Partap Vs. State of Punjab' against the impugned judgment of conviction and the order of sentence dated 11.12.1999 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib, which stands dismissed by this Court on 19.09.2005 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 07-05-2024 05:33:53 ::: Neutral Citation No:=2024:PHHC:062206 CRA-S-1047-SB-2001 (O&M) -2- and the present appeal is duplicate of CRA-S-252-SB-2000.

3. In view of the judgment dated 19.09.2005 passed by this Court, no further orders are required in the present appeal and the same is disposed of.
