Having married against the wishes of their family members, petitioners, who claimed to be major, are facing threat to their life and liberty from private respondent Nos.4 to 6 and so by way of this petition, they seek direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to protect their life.

Petition is accompanied by Aadhar Cards (Anenxures P-1 and P-2 respectively) of both the petitioners, besides copy of judgment and decree dated 18.03.2024 (Annexure P-3), copy of marriage certificate (Annexure P-4) and copy of marriage photographs (Annexure P-5). They have also placed on record the copy of application dated 02.05.2024 (Annexure P-6), which was moved to respondent No.2.

Notice of motion to respondent Nos.1 to 3 only.

Mr. Parveen Kumar Aggarwal, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3- State. A copy of paper book be supplied to him during the course of day.
