1. The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to absorb her as Lady Constable in Punjab unjab Police from the date her juniors have been appointed.

2. The petitioner concededly was appointed as SPO and in view of directions of this Court in different judgment, judgment, she was conside considered red for absorption as Constable.. She could not no qualify minimum prescribed parameters and with the relaxed conditions, she he came to be selected as Constable w.e.f. 01.05.2002. At present, as submitted by learned State counsel, she is posted as A Assistant Sub--

Inspector.

3. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that with the efflux of time, she has lost her interest to pursue the present petition.

4. Dismissed for non-prosecution.

5. The petitioner is at liberty to move an appropriate application, if cause survives.
