CM-6726-CWP-2024 Present application has been filed for disposing of the main case i.e. CWP-3638-2020 in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in CWP-2158-2020 titled as Ashish Sharma and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 13.03.2024.
Notice of the application to the counsel opposite. Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and raises no objection for the grant of prayer as made in the present application.
Keeping in view the averments made in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit, application is allowed. Learned counsel for the respondents raises no objection to the said prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners.
Keeping in view the above, present petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Ashish Sharma (supra).
