1. The present appeal is of the year 1988, which is stated to be a burnt case. The photocopy of appeal and judgment of learned trial Court have been procured.
2. None has appeared on behalf of either of the parties today. Same was the position on the last date of hearing as well.
3. In view of above, the present appeal is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the appellant to move an appropriate application for revival of the present appeal, if so desires.
