Sessions Judge, Panipat, submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the petitioner was acquitted by learned trial Court vide judgment dated 16.02.2004 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Panipat.
In view of the above, present petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
