1. The appellant/plaintiff has filed the instant appeal against judgment and decree dated 03.08.2013 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Amritsar, whereby a suit filed by the appellant/plaintiff has been dismissed and judgment and decree dated 01.09.2017 passed by learned District Judge, Amritsar, whereby the appeal filed by the appellant/plaintiff against judgment and decree dated 03.08.2013 has been partly allowed
2. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Gurpreet Singh, Assistant, Punjab Roadways, Patti, District Tarn Taran, submitted that even wife of the petitioner is no more and no LRs have been brought on record.
3. In this view of the matter, the present appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, liberty is granted to the LRs of the appellant to revive the same, if any cause of action still survives.
