CM-7538-CII-2024 This is an application under Section 151 CPC for withdrawal of the main revision petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present revision petition has arisen from the order passed on an application under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 CPC. It is further submitted that during the pendency of the instant revision petition, the main suit has been decreed vide judgment and decree dated 27.02.2024. Thus, the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous.

Notice of the application to learned counsel for the non-applicants.
