1. Prayer in the present revision petition is for issuance of directions to the Executing Court, Patti to decide the execution application bearing No.125 of 2019 in a time bound manner.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 24.04.2024, a report has been received from the concerned Court wherein it has been stated that warrants of possession could not be executed due to various reasons. However, the concerned Court has assured this Court that every possible and sincere effort would be made to execute the warrants of possession regarding the property.

3. In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to the concerned Court to ensure that warrants of possession are executed in accordance with law and there is no further delay.

4. Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
