1. Challenge in the present revision petition is to the judgment dated 26.09.2019 passed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Panipat, whereby, an application filed under Section 148 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881, at the instance of respondent-complainant has been allowed by directing the petitioner to pay 20% of the fine amount, as awarded by the trial Court, to the respondent within 60 days from the date of order i.e. 26.09.2019.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
3. In view of the above, the present petition alongwith application for condonation of delay, is dismissed as withdrawn.
