1. Challenge in the present appeal is to the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 04.10.2014 passed by learned Special Judge, Amritsar, whereby, appellant has been convicted under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, 1985 and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of two years with fine of Rs.10,000/- and in default to further undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of two months.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant informs this Court that the appellant has already undergone the sentence awarded by the trial Court and despite repeated requests, she is not able to pursue the present appeal.

3. In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed being not pressed.
