1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for disobedience of order dated 25.08.2023 passed by this court in CRM-M-29240-2023
2. The counsel for the respondents, on instructions from the ASI Charanjeet Singh, PS Tarn Taran, has submitted that representation of the petitioner has been considered and the necessary action pursuant to the order passed by this court has also been taken in the case. In the process five persons have even been arrested and PO proceedings have been initiated against two more persons. No further action is required in the matter. Accordingly, the present petition has been rendered as infructuous.
