1. This is a contempt petition filed under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for disobedience of the judgment and order dated 02.07.2014 passed by Hon'ble the Supreme Court in Criminal Appeal No.1277 of 2014 titled as Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar & Anr. and judgment dated 11.07.2022 passed in Satender Kumar Antil Versus Central Bureau of Investigation and another.

2. The facts and circumstances involved in the case are of such nature that for assessing the non-compliance of the order, if any, would require determination of a lot of disputed question of facts. However, adjudicating upon the disputed question of facts would not be appropriate in the contempt petition. Hence, the present petition deserves to be dismissed.

3. Dismissed.

4. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail any alternate remedy, if he perceives any grievance, in this matter qua any authority.
