1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondent for disobedience of order dated 07.12.2023 passed by this court in CWP-27399-2023.

2. In compliance of order dated 07.12.2023, the counsel for respondent has placed on record copy of the speaking order passed by the respondent, which is taken on record. The Registry is directed to scan the same and make it part of the soft copy of the case.

3. The counsel for respondent, after going through the aforesaid order, has submitted that the order, qua which contempt was asserted, has since been complied with by passing speaking order whereby the claim of the petitioners has been rejected. No further action is required in the matter. Accordingly, the present petition has been rendered as infructuous.
