1. Proceedings to set aside the ex parte judgment and decree are pending before the trial Court. During its proceeding, defendant No.1 filed an application for staying the implementation of judgment and decree, which has been dismissed by the trial Court. The correctness of such order is challenged in this revision petition.

2. Learned counsel representing the parties state that the proceedings for setting aside the ex parte decree are pending before the trial Court from January, 2019. He submits that the trial Court should be directed to finally decide the same.

3. This Court has considered the submissions of the learned counsel representing the parties.

4. It is evident that the interim order restraining respondents from further alienation of the property has continued to operate from 02.03.2020.

5. Hence, the present revision petition stands disposed of while directing the trial Court to make sincere endeavour for expeditious disposal of the application filed for setting aside the ex parte decree, preferably within next three months. Till then, the interim order passed on 02.03.2020, will continue to operate.
