1. The present petition is for quashing of the FIR No.162 dated 27.03.2024 under Section 346 IPC, registered at Police Station Kharkhoda, Sonipat (Annexure P-2) along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
2. After vehemently arguing on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take appropriate steps, in accordance with law.
