Learned counsel for the petitioners has relied upon a Single Judge Bench judgment of this Court dated 24.04.2023 passed in CRM-M- 19553-2023 titled as 'Jaspal Kaur @ Pinki and others V/s State of Punjab and another' and seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an appropriate application before the Trial Magistrate for deletion of names of the petitioners from the array of accused/respondents in the complaint filed by respondent No.1 herein.
2. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
