1. The appellant/plaintiff has filed the instant appeal against judgment and decree dated 12.03.2012 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Hoshiarpur, whereby a suit for declaration filed by the appellant/plaintiff has been dismissed and judgment and decree dated 27.11.2013 passed by learned District Judge, Hoshiarpur, whereby an appeal filed by the appellant/plaintiff against the judgment and decree dated 12.03.2012, has also been dismissed.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that during the pendency of the present appeal, the appellant has unfortunately died. However, his LRs have not been brought on record. He further submits that he has no instructions from the LRs of the deceased-appellant.
3. In this view of the matter, the present appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution with liberty to the LRs of the deceased-appellant to revive the same, in case any cause still survives.
