Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes the factum that the policy dated 18.06.2014 under which policy, the petitioner is seeking benefit of regularization of his services has already been set aside by this Court while passing order in CWP No.17206 of 2014 titled as Yogesh Tyagi and another vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 31.05.2018, which judgment is pending consideration before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and prays that the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to either revive the present petition or file a fresh one on the same cause of action in case, any right accrues in favour of the petitioner after the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
