CM-7067-CWP-2024 Present application has been filed for disposing of the main case i.e. CWP-8776-2019 in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in CWP-2158-2020 titled as Ashish Sharma and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 13.03.2024.
Notice of the application to the counsel opposite. Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and raises no objection for the grant of prayer as made in the present application.
Keeping in view the averments made in the application, which 1 of 3 ::: Downloaded on - 06-05-2024 22:58:40 ::: Neutral Citation No:=2024:PHHC:059526 CM-7067-CWP-2024 in/& -2- 2024:PHHC:059526 CWP-8776-2019 are duly supported by an affidavit, application is allowed. Main writ petition is taken up for hearing today itself CWP-8776-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has been filed by the petitioners claiming the benefit of regularization of their services under the policy dated 01.10.2003 issued by the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that petitioners No.1 and 2 were appointed in January, 2002 and 2001 respectively and have not completed three years of service as on 30.09.2003, which is a per-requisite for the grant of benefit of regularization under the 2003 regularization policy hence, the present petition qua petitioners No.1 and 2 may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further.
Ordered accordingly.
Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that petitioners No.3 and 4 were working with the respondents since 1984 and their claim for regularization of their services is covered by the decision of this Court in CWP-2158-2020 titled as Ashish Sharma and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 13.03.2024 along with other connected cases and prays that the present petition qua petitioners No.3 and 4 may kindly be disposed of in terms of the order in Ashish Sharma's case (supra) Learned counsel for the respondents raises no objection to the said prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners qua petitioners No.3 and 4.
