1. This is a contempt petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for punishing the respondents for disobeying the judgment and decree dated 08.06.1994 passed in Civil Suit No.461 of 03.11.1989.

2. The facts alleged in the petition, are highly disputed by the parties. Otherwise also, the petitioner claims the decree of the civil court in his favour, which he can get executed by adopting the proper process of the execution. However, this Court does not find any ground to continue with the present petition any more.

3. Dismissed.

4. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail any other alternate remedy, but in accordance with law.
