1. As per the office report, the appellant is stated to have died. Respondent No.1 is also stated to have died. Respondent Nos.2 to 4 stand duly served, however, none has put in appearance on their behalf.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has not been able to contact the legal representatives of the appellant and that he has no instructions in the matter.

3. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

4. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
